Requirements
No, this isn’t the typical requirements page where we tell you what kind of hardware you need available. This is the page where we tell you what is expected of you to get the most out of having a successful website.
Since everything you need except for the domain name is provided for you, the requirements are based more on your resources and your abilities.
Remember, Hosting is provided. You do NOT need to have hosting elsewhere. While we CAN install these systems onto hosting other than our own, we have to charge extra to do so because our hosting is set up to speed up the install process. It does mean that you have one less thing to purchase, and one less headache to endure.
You need to be certain that you can meet the need for the setup fee, and the monthly fees. We understand that it takes time to start receiving an income from your business so, if you get into a tight spot and cannot afford your monthly fee, we won't disable your site or anything, you can pay an alternate "hosting only" fee instead, that is generally $5 USD or less per month. But if you do, you will be without support, and your site software won't get updated or backed up - this can pose a security risk and be disastrous in some cases. We'll work with you to make it as affordable as possible if you get into a bind, but we highly recommend that you do what you can to budget and make sure you have the monthly fee, because it will be better for your site long term. Your monthly fee also gives you the right to ask us for ideas to increase your earnings through your website, because the support part covers much more than just problems with the site.
You also need to be certain that you can either afford to hire help with the site writing, or that you can do the writing yourself. It isn't a lot - maybe four or five pages are needed, and we have instructions on how to do them. You can write your page text, and ask us to look at it and make recommendations to make it better if you need that. We'll help you, but we can't write it for you unless you prefer to pay an additional copy writing fee. If you have a Full Service Site Build we will optimize and polish your content for you. If you are doing a Frugal Service, we will only make suggestions.
So how hard is it to edit articles? Not that hard! There are some tricky bits that take some time to understand how they work, but don't worry because you can ask us to help you figure it out as often as you need. We won't get mad at you because you didn't understand the first time, or because you forgot how to do something because you didn't do it for a while. If you can send email with attachments, you can do this!

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of installed software setup, and the amount of time we have to put in each time an order is placed, we cannot offer full refunds on Virtual Assistant Websites.
We will do everything possible to ensure that your site goes live and that it functions effectively. We will go out of our way to help you have a live and useful website.
Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:
1. Up to 50% refund may be issued on the setup fee, if the site owner has requested, and participated in a training call. If the site owner has not participated in a training call, in an attempt to learn to use the system, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund of the monthly maintenance fee may be issued if delays on our part caused a site to be significantly late in being ready for launch. Refund will be issued as credit.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
1. I changed my mind. This is your choice. We did not cause it.
2. My site isn't earning. We teach you how to make it earn. It takes time to make that happen, but if you follow our instructions, your site can earn.
3. I'm too busy. Again, this is your choice. We told you ahead of time that it was going to take some time to get it to work right.
We love our clients. They are the greatest people in the world. These terms have been created not to punish our clients, but because these are terms we have had to develop to make the sites sustainable. Our profit margins on the sites is fairly low. Issuing refunds for things that were not something we caused is costly, and makes it so that we cannot offer the best service to our existing and future clients. If we cannot profit, we cannot afford to continue to go out of our way for those who need extra help, and we cannot improve the system long term for everybody.
